HYGIENE AND SAFETY POLICY OF PROVIDED FOOD

The vision of all of us who work in the food departments of TITANIA Hotel is to relate our name with the satisfaction of our guests.

A key aspect of the quality services we aspire to provide is the safety and hygiene of the dishes we prepare and offer to our customers, ensuring the proper handling of food at all stages of handling, from receipt and storage to processing and serving.

As part of this effort, the company adheres to a strict policy of hygiene and safety of the provided food, which consists of:

1. to strictly adhere to the Food Safety Management System developed in accordance with ISO 22000
2. to thoroughly follow all the procedures 
3. to continuously train the staff in matters of hygiene and food safety
4. the system is constantly verified
5. to monitor all critical points and prerequisite production programs
6. to provide resources for the maintenance and updating of the System, the purchase of new, modern equipment, the improvement of facilities and infrastructure and the working environment
7. to maintain the communication channels, we have created with our suppliers and customers as well as the authorities
8. to constantly monitor and implement the legislation
9. to meet mutually agreed requirements related to food safety

At the same time, measurable goals have been set regarding the safety of our products, which are constantly monitored for their achievement.
