- Our entrance is on Eleftheriou Venizelou Ave. (ex. Panepistimiou Ave.) which has 4 steps and a wheelchair ramp (gradient 15o) for wheelchair users. Wheelchair guests can also enter the reception from the right side of the main entrance, using the Titania arcade. Check in desk specially designed for wheelchair users is available
- There are 4 lifts (1,90m deep by 0,75m wide (entrance width), with a weight limit of 900kg) that access the bedrooms, conference rooms and Olive Garden roof top restaurant and bar on the 11th floor of the hotel.
- If you need assistance with your luggage or equipment, our team of porters and our concierge will be able to assist you.
- There are a number of sitting areas in the lobby.
- On check-in, our reception staff will brief you on our facilities and amenities.
- There is one set of public toilets: a female and a male toilet located on the upper floor of the lobby café.
- There is also one toilet for wheelchair users on the mezzanine floor. Guests need to use the lift.
- Olive Garden roof top bar & restaurant. Located on the 11th floor of the hotel, offers to our guests a relaxed experience, from a casual lunch to a comfort dinner and a sunset cocktail with spectacular panoramic views over the city and the Acropolis Hill. A stunning place to snap a photo. The Olive Garden roof top bar & restaurant is open for both resident hotel guests and non-resident guests by prior reservation only. Our staff will be happy to take you through the menu and discuss any special dietary requirements.
- Lobby café. Our lobby café on the ground floor offers a barista freshly brewed coffee, and a nice selection of drinks and snacks. The perfect place to use as a meeting point, a workplace, an office or just a nice place to visit and hang out.
We have fifteen bedrooms on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors with featuring bathrooms for wheel chair users.
- All guestrooms feature a modern key system.
- We have 24-hour security at the hotel with a CCTV system.
- All rooms are equipped with a laptop-sized safe.
- Please advise us of any special requests or requirements in advance, so that we can source appropriate services or equipment if necessary.
- We have an evacuation procedure. If the fire alarm sounds continuously, staff will come to the aid of disabled guests to assist with evacuation either to the lobby or out of the building.
