Our Executive Chef: Mr. Christos TZILIRAS

Titania Hotel invites you to discover the inventive and refined cuisine of Christos Tziliras, our Executive Chef, who has always been passionate about food and flavors.  
Born and raised in Farsala Greece, Christos Tziliras has studied Cullinary Arts at the School of Tourism Education of Rhodes. After having successfully completed his internship at an Italian restaurant and two 5-star hotels in Rhodes and Corfu, he started his career as a Demi Chef at one of the most distinguished restaurants in Mykonos.
Driven by an insatiable desire to learn and discover, he has attended seminars in various countries such as Turkey, Germany and Switzerland. Throughout his career, Christos Tziliras has worked as Chef de Partie at the city center 5-Star hotel N.J.V. Athens and as Sous Chef at the 5-star luxurious hotel Club Hotel Loutraki Conference Resort & Casino.
For six years now, he has been working at Titania Hotel, where he offers our guests subtle and original flavors on an every-day basis. With a creative twist and with the constant drive to experiment with new techniques, using only the finest ingredients and combining traditional with cutting-edge modern and simplicity with sophistication, Christos Tziliras invites you to a culinary journey of the senses…
